Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Donor Center Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced center.

You will lead quality initiatives, manage inspections, and mentor staff while maintaining safety and a positive work environment. The role involves overseeing maintenance, inventory, scheduling, and KPI-driven performance to meet targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months applicable experience.
• 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of people management preferred including recruiting, training, etc.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily donor center operations and ensure productivity.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Assist with inspections, audits, and CAPA implementation with other departments.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and processes.
• Promote Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and conduct safety training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure equipment readiness and cleanliness.
• Safeguard storage equipment integrity and manage product shipments.
• Support production targets, cost optimization, and inventory management.
• Contribute to performance management including evaluations and improvements.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture while enforcing HR policies.
• Act as a Designated Trainer for on-the-job and certification training.
• Provide leadership through area walkthroughs and productivity support.
• Cultivate donor relationships to support retention and growth; handle complaints.
• Manage scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and address deficiencies with leadership.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
