Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking an Operations Manager in Newark, DE to oversee day-to-day center operations, staffing, scheduling, and administrative tasks in support of clinical services.

The role coordinates HR, operations, and the clinical department, creates and maintains master schedules, ensures insurer-approved staffing hours, and serves as the liaison between administrative and clinical teams to ensure timely, quality service to families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required or related work experience.
• 5 years of management in a professional environment.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• Strong staff development and scheduling experience.
• Ability to work with HR, operations, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staff and services management; recruitment and scheduling.
• Maintain records related to staffing and service delivery for each case.
• Assist in creation, maintenance, and management of master schedules.
• Staff appropriately according to budgeted hours and insurer approvals.
• Act as liaison between admin and clinical staff; primary contact for case assignment.
