Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc seeks a Center Operations Manager in Springfield, MA to oversee day-to-day center operations, staffing, scheduling, and client services. You will manage recruitment, maintain records, and support HR, Operations, and Clinical teams while serving as a liaison between administrative and clinical staff.

The role involves coordination of case assignments, staff availability, and ensuring services are delivered in line with insurer budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Involved in day-to-day center operations management.
• Recruitment, scheduling, and staff management.
• Customer service, reporting, and general administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records for staffing and service delivery.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments as needed.
• Act as liaison between administrative and clinical staff.
