Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking an Operations Manager to join its team in Morganville, NJ. The role focuses on day-to-day management, recruitment, scheduling, customer service, and reporting to support the Center's operations.

The position emphasizes maintaining accurate staffing records, managing the master schedule, and ensuring clinical staffing aligns with insurer-authorized hours while collaborating with HR, Operations, and Clinical departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Involved in day-to-day management, recruitment, scheduling, customer service and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records related to staffing and delivery of service for each case.
• Assist in creating and managing master schedule to adequately staff clinical cases.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments and act as liaison between administrative and clinical staff.
