Kaleidoscope ABA seeks an Operations Manager to oversee center operations, including staffing, scheduling, HR liaison, and daily administrative tasks. You will coordinate patient services, manage records, and support the clinical and operations teams to ensure high-quality care for clients.

The role involves coordinating with HR, operations, and clinical departments, ensuring staff availability, and aligning staffing with insurer-approved hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in operations, business growth, and staff scheduling.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality practices.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff/services management.
• Lead recruitment, scheduling, and customer service activities.
• Prepare and manage reporting and administrative tasks for the center.
• Maintain master staffing schedule and allocate hours per client per insurer.
• Act as liaison between administrative and clinical staff and manage case assignments.
