Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. in Newark, DE is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee center operations, staff management, recruitment, scheduling, and client services.

This essential role supports HR, Operations, and Clinical departments and serves as the liaison between administrative and clinical teams. You will maintain records of staffing and service delivery, help create and manage master schedules, ensure adequate staffing per insurer hours, and uphold professional standards

Qualifications

• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably in medical or behavioral health operations.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5 to 7 years experience managing and developing staff.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Recruitment, scheduling, and customer service support.
• Maintain records of staffing and service delivery per client.
• Assist in master scheduling and staffing according to insurer hours.
• Support HR, Operations and Clinical departments; liaison between admin and clinical staff.
