Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Moorestown, NJ seeks an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day center operations, staff management, and recruitment. This role ensures quality service delivery while coordinating scheduling and reporting to support insurer-validated hours per client.

The Operations Manager will partner with HR, Operations, and Clinical teams, maintain accurate staffing records, and help grow the organization. Strong organizational skills and discretion are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management in a professional environment.
• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations preferred.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5 to 7 years staff management experience preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day staff and services management.
• Recruitment, scheduling, and customer service.
• Reporting and administrative tasks supporting center operations.
• Maintain accurate records for staffing and service delivery.
• Assist in master schedule creation and staffing according to insurer hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments; liaison between admin and clinical staff.
