Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc in Middlesex, NJ seeks an Operations Manager to oversee center operations, staffing, scheduling, and client services. The role entails HR support, coordination with clinical staff, and maintaining precise records to ensure efficient delivery of ABA services.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, master scheduling, and liaise between administrative and clinical teams while ensuring high-quality service and compliance with regulations.

Formación

• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably in medical, behavioral health, PT, OT office operation.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5 to 7 years experience managing and developing staff preferred.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day center operations, staff and services management.
• Lead recruitment, scheduling, and customer service activities.
• Handle reporting and general administrative tasks in support of Center operations.
• Maintain accurate staff and service delivery records for each case, manage master schedule within budgeted hours.
• Support HR, Operations and Clinical departments; serve as liaison between admin and clinical staff.
• Act as primary contact regarding case assignment and staff availability; adapt to company needs.
