Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc in Newark, DE is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee center operations, staff scheduling, recruitment, and client services. The role focuses on maintaining accurate records and ensuring adequate staffing per budgeted hours, with collaboration across HR, Operations, and Clinical teams.

You will coordinate case assignments, support management with reporting, and act as a primary liaison between administrative and clinical staff.
