KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager in a hands-on center leadership role. You will partner with the General Manager to cultivate growth, development, and excellence, empowering coaches and families who walk through our doors.

Join a team focused on brain, physical, and character development through 45-minute weekly classes. The role requires leading operations, driving sales, and mentoring staff, with a compensation range of $36,000–$38,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead center operations and drive performance.
• Experience coaching kids and managing program quality.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Sales instincts for camps, parties, and memberships.
• Clear oral and written communication across teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, KPIs, and financials to drive responsible decisions.
• Build relationships with families and maintain exceptional service.
• Schedule, training, and brand consistency across centers; manage maintenance.
• Sell events and memberships; drive bookings through CRM and local events.
• Lead staff development, onboarding, coaching candidates, and performance reviews.
• Coach students with a kid-focused, brain-physical-character curriculum; ensure safety.
• Collaborate with GM on onboarding and staff development; mentor coaches.
