Job summary

KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Las Vegas to partner with the General Manager, drive center performance, and foster a learning culture for coaches and families. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing operations, and leading initiatives to reduce attrition while growing memberships.

The candidate will oversee coaching staff, develop programs, and collaborate across teams to ensure high standards, effective communication, and strong business

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete required LearnUpon training.
• Experience with pediatric-related settings is a plus.
• Some experience in management is a plus.
• Proficient with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Familiarity with KidStrong systems and platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of physiology and exercise techniques.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Understand KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and deliver excellent service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance and branding.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly center cleaning and upkeep.
• Coordinate coach schedules; manage events to boost profitability.
• Maintain lead management and convert inquiries to bookings.
• Lead by example and foster a positive coaching culture.
