• Athletic or coaching background with kids 15 months–11 years; passion for children.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete LearnUpon training as required by HQ team.
• Prior pediatric OT/PT experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand and drive center KPIs and financials for informed decisions.
• Build relationships with families and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives including maintenance, branding, and training.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize profitability.
