Job summary

KidStrong Summerlin is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead center operations and drive sales while delivering an exceptional experience for kids and families. You will collaborate with the General Manager to foster a learning culture and achieve key business results.

You’ll oversee coaching staff development, scheduling, and 전달 coaching quality through LearnUpon, ZenPlanner, and other systems. The role includes a mix of coaching, leadership, and sales activities in a dynamic center

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old; a passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
• Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team.
• Pediatric OT/PT experience is a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience in management is preferred but not required.
• Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Previous experience with systems and platforms such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, and ADP is preferred but not required.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, KPI awareness, and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance and training; ensure brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center; manage schedule (4 weekdays and 1 weekend).
• Sell and schedule events to maximize center profitability.
• Maintain flawless lead management and close sales for bookings.
• Source and attend local events to increase brand awareness and memberships.
• Foster a coaching culture and evaluate coaching staff.
• Onboard and train coaching candidates with the General Manager.
• Support staff development through LearnUpon.
• Communicate professionally via Slack and Email.
