KidStrong in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant General Manager to act as second-in-command, partnering with the General Manager to foster a learning culture for coaches and families while driving sales and reducing member attrition.

The role emphasizes leading with energy, delivering exceptional experiences for kids and families, supporting staff development through LearnUpon, and coordinating scheduling and events.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids age 15 months–11 years, passion for children.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• LearnUpon training completed as required.
• Experience as pediatric OT/PT is a plus but not required.
• Prior management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and maintenance.
• Manage 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shifts with hours per center.
• Schedule changes communicated via scheduling tools.
• Sell and schedule events such as camps and parties to boost profitability.
