KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Las Vegas to lead day-to-day center operations, drive sales and member retention, and coach staff to deliver an exceptional experience for kids and families.

You will partner with the General Manager on onboarding, training, and evaluating coaching candidates, while managing center KPIs and ensuring brand standards across programs and events.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching children and families, with a passion for development.
• Completion of coach certification and HQ training required.
• CPR certification and comfort with child safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, KPIs and financials to drive decisions.
• Build relationships with families and ensure outstanding service.
• Lead center initiatives, scheduling, training, and brand consistency.
• Sell events and memberships; manage lead flow in CRM.
• Develop coaches and support staff through LearnUpon.
• Communicate professionally via Slack and email.
