Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc is seeking an Operations Manager for its Moorestown, NJ center. This role will oversee daily operations, staff management, scheduling, and service delivery to ensure quality care for clients with autism.

You will coordinate with HR, Operations, and Clinical teams, manage records, and help align staffing with budgeted hours per client. This temporary, full-time position requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and customer service activities.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in master scheduling and budgeting per insurer.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Clinical departments to support operations.
