Qualifications

• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably medical/behavioral health operations.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• Experience managing staff and coordinating operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff scheduling.
• Recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Manage customer service, inquiries, and records.
• Maintain master schedule and ensure staffing aligns with insurer hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments as liaison.
