Job summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in West Windsor Township to lead center operations, staffing, and administrative functions for children with autism.

This temporary role partners with HR, Operations, and Clinical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and compliant staffing of cases within insurer requirements. The candidate will coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and customer service, while maintaining accurate records and a master schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in business operations, staff scheduling, and customer acquisition.
• 5+ years of management in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Manage recruitment, scheduling, and customer service responsibilities.
• Prepare reports and handle administrative tasks for the Center.
• Maintain staffing records and manage master schedule within insurer hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments; liaison between admin and clinical staff.
• Handle case assignments and staff availability; assist as needed.
