Kaleidoscope ABA seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee center operations, staffing, scheduling, and administrative functions at the Hamilton, NJ location. The role supports HR, clinical, and operations teams, ensuring accurate records and compliant staffing aligned with insurer requirements.

Responsibilities include recruitment, staff coordination, reporting, and acting as the primary contact for case assignment and staff availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Recruitment, scheduling, and staffing to meet budgeted hours per client.
• Coordinate HR, operations, and clinical functions; act as liaison between admin and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate records of staffing and service delivery; manage master schedule.
