Apploi in Columbus, OH is seeking a Center Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our ABA center. This non-clinical role focuses on scheduling, intake, front-desk management, and daily logistics to free clinicians to focus on therapy.

You will work Monday–Friday, 7:45–4:15, ensuring smooth daily operations, adherence to HIPAA, and supportive admin workflows. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of scheduling/administrative/reception experience in healthcare or education preferred.
• Experience with EHR and digital scheduling platforms required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace required.
• Formal HIPAA training and experience in high-volume customer service required.
