Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Cedar Hill Treatment Center is seeking an Assistant Center Administrator to lead daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and financial metrics. You will coordinate onboarding and performance assessments for treatment center staff, excluding BCBAs, and forecast schedules a month ahead for clients and staff.

The role requires ABA background, strong operations management, P&L awareness, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

ABA background and clinical operations awareness required.
Experience in managing daily operations and staffing is essential.
Knowledge of finance basics (P&L, AR/AP, billing disputes) preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and financial metrics for the center.
Coordinate onboarding and performance assessments for staff, excluding BCBAs.
Forecast and align staff schedules a month in advance for clients and staff.
Collaborate with BCBAs on service development and delivery.
Ensure center is compliant, organized, and well-maintained during operating hours.
