Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a Center Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day center operations and ensure high-quality ABA services. You will partner with the Director of Clinical Operations to manage staff schedules, maintain CentralReach data accuracy, and support authorization tracking to keep services active and compliant.

The role also covers facility coordination, onboarding and training support, staff development, mentorship, and HR-related tasks, driving a compliant and efficient center

Qualifications

• Experience supporting daily center operations and staff coordination.
• Ability to manage data accuracy and documentation in clinical settings.
• Experience with onboarding, training coordination and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily staff schedules for proper coverage.
• Oversee and maintain accuracy of CentralReach data and documentation.
• Support authorization tracking and updates to keep services active.
• Coordinate facility-related needs for a safe, organized environment.
• Assist with hiring processes including interviews and onboarding.
• Provide administrative support to clinical leadership and staff development.
• Support supervision, mentorship, and onboarding for team members.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and escalate issues to leadership.
