Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Metuchen, NJ seeks a Center Operations Director to lead day-to-day operations and drive strategic growth for our ABA services.

You will partner with senior clinical leaders, supervise administrative teams, secure insurance authorizations, and elevate quality, efficiency, and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA Services and understanding of autism-focused care.
• 2-4 years of direct people management in a Director-level role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate financial growth and manage day-to-day operations at the Metuchen center.
• Cultivate referral relationships with schools, physicians, and health systems.
• Oversee administrative activities of BCBAs and billing processes.
• Lead onboarding meetings with families and support staff development.
• Resolve issues promptly for families and ensure accurate insurance authorizations.
