Job summary

Apploi is seeking a detail-oriented Center Operations Coordinator for our Beachwood ABA center. This non-clinical role serves as the operational backbone, handling scheduling, client intake, front-desk management, and daily logistics to keep clinical teams focused on delivering therapy.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:45–4:15, with generous benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment dedicated to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in scheduling, admin, or reception, preferably in healthcare or education.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and digital scheduling platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Formal HIPAA training and experience in high-volume customer-service environments.
