Job summary

KidStrong Woodbridge Center seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations and champion a coaching culture that values growth for coaches and families. You will drive sales, reduce member attrition, and partner with the GM on onboarding and staff development.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, exceptional customer service, and collaboration across operations, coaching, and events to create an outstanding kid-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with kids 15 months to 11 years; passion for children.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by HQ Training and Certification team.
• Prior experience as pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and financials to make informed business decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives: maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
• Sell and schedule events such as camps and parties to maximize profitability.
• Partner with General Manager on onboarding, training, and evaluating coaching candidates.
