Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager for our Las Vegas center. You will work closely with the General Manager to foster learning and development for coaches and families, drive sales performance, and reduce member attrition.

You’ll lead by example, ensuring exceptional experiences for kids, families, and staff. Responsibilities include understanding KPIs, maintaining relationships with families, managing center operations, staff development via LearnUpon, scheduling, events,

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old - a passion for working with children is non-negotiable, and comfortable speaking to parents/guardians.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team, and training via LearnUpon as required.
• Experience with pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center’s key KPIs and financials to make informed and responsible business decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with KidStrong families to provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
• Sell and schedule events such as camps and parties to maximize profitability.
• Lead and mentor staff, collaborate with the General Manager on onboarding and development.
