Job summary

KidStrong General Manager leads the center by fostering a culture of learning, development, and exceptional customer experience for kids, families, and staff. You will develop coaching teams, build relationships with families, and drive key business results such as sales performance and reducing member attrition.

The role emphasizes coaching, operation oversight, and leadership—managing schedules, events, and staff growth while maintaining KidStrong standards and safety.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with kids 15 months–11 years.
• Coach Certification through HQ Training/Certification.
• Training via LearnUpon as required.
• Comfortable communicating with parents/guardians.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Familiarity with Google/Microsoft platforms.
• Experience with systems like ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, FranConnect.

Responsibilities

• Understand KPIs and financials to drive decisions.
• Build relationships with families and ensure customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives, maintenance, and branding.
• Schedule and manage staff shifts; coordinate events and bookings.
• Lead coaching staff and develop team through training.
• Deliver engaging, curriculum-driven coaching for children.
