Job summary

KidStrong Woodbury is seeking an energetic Assistant General Manager who loves working with kids and families. You will join the center's core management team, partnering with the General Manager to deliver an exceptional KidStrong experience on the floor and in coaching rooms.

Approximately half your time will be coaching and leading classes; the rest will cover sales, member experience, team leadership, community outreach, and daily center operations.

Qualifications

• Loves working with kids.

• Capable of coaching and selling to families.
• Able to connect with kids, parents, prospects, and team members.
• Confident, proactive, and dependable.
• CPR certified or willing to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-energy KidStrong classes focused on cognitive, physical, and character development for children from crawling to age 11.
• Mentor, develop, and provide ongoing feedback to coaches; foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Share responsibility for center growth, membership goals, and member experience; strive for retention and revenue.
• Partner with the General Manager on day-to-day operations and center performance; maintain safety and presentation standards.
