KidStrong Woodbridge is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily center operations, support the General Manager, and drive sales, member retention, and coaching quality for kids aged 15 months to 11 years.

You will lead a high-energy team, foster a culture of learning, manage schedules, events, and coaching programs, and represent the center with families and staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Coaching and leadership experience with children.
• Ability to manage schedules and events.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and ensure exceptional service.
• Oversee center operations and initiatives.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize profitability.
• Coach and evaluate staff and ensure program quality.
