Job summary

KidStrong Woodbury is seeking a high-energy, dependable leader who loves working with kids and families to join as Assistant General Manager. You will partner with the General Manager to create an exceptional center experience for our kids, families, and team.

Approximately half of your time will be spent coaching on the floor, while the other half focuses on sales, member experience, team leadership, community engagement, and center operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience coaching, teaching, or working in youth programs, sports, fitness, camps, childcare, or similar environments.
• CPR certification or willingness to become certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience on the floor with high energy and safety.
• Mentor and develop coaches, fostering a positive, high-performing team.
• Drive center growth through membership conversations and outreach.
• Support day-to-day operations and center performance with the General Manager.
