Job summary

KidStrong Woodbury is seeking a high-energy Lead to partner with the General Manager and create an exceptional experience for kids, families, and team members. You will spend half your time coaching on the floor and half on sales, member experience, and operations.

The role combines coaching leadership, team development, and proactive member outreach to grow membership and retention in a busy kid-focused center.

Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the KidStrong experience on the floor with high energy and safety.
• Develop and mentor coaches; support onboarding and scheduling.
• Drive center membership growth and member engagement.
• Support center operations and KPI achievement with the GM.
