Job summary

KidStrong is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Henderson, NV to lead daily center operations, coaching excellence, and customer engagement. You will partner with the GM to drive sales, retention, and staff development while upholding KidStrong values.

The role requires hands-on leadership, scheduling flexibility (4 weekdays + 1 weekend), and a passion for children’s development, with compensation reflecting performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• The candidate has an athletic or coaching background with experience coaching children.
• Must achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete LearnUpon training as required by HQ team.
• Experience with pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required.
• Prior management experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with Google and Microsoft platforms; familiarity with systems such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, and ADP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage center KPIs and financials to drive business decisions.
• Build relationships with families and provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize profitability.
• Lead, onboard, train, and evaluate coaching candidates with the GM.
