KidStrong in Henderson, NV is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager, fostering a culture of learning and development for coaches and families while delivering key business results such as sales performance and reducing member attrition.

This role focuses on center operations, customer service, staff scheduling, and coaching staff development through LearnUpon with an emphasis on safety and high-energy kid-friendly experiences.

Qualifications

• Coaching background with kids 15 months to 11 years; passion for children.
• CPR certification required.
• Willingness to develop others and coach teams.
• Familiarity with office productivity tools (G Suite, MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Understand center KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build strong relationships with families and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives: maintenance, training, brand consistency.
• Schedule management and event planning to maximize profitability.
• Lead and develop staff; partner with GM on onboarding and training.
