Job summary

KidStrong Summerlin is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in delivering a best-in-class experience for kids, families and staff.

You will monitor KPIs, mentor coaches, coordinate programming and events, and lead initiatives to improve sales, attendance and center operations. This role requires leadership, customer service, and a passion for children's development.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience coaching kids 15 months - 11 years.
• Passion for working with children and comfortable speaking to parents.
• Complete Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Training through LearnUpon as required by HQ Training and Certification team.
• Pediatric OT/PT experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in management is preferred but not required.
• Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Experience with systems such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, and ADP is preferred.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Understand KPIs and financials to inform decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance and brand consistency.
• Daily, Weekly, and Monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
• Typical schedule includes 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.
• Manage coach scheduling and communicate changes.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize center profitability.
