Job summary

KidStrong Knoxville is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM in delivering exceptional experiences for kids, families, and staff. You will lead center operations, manage events, drive sales, and develop a coaching culture focused on brain, physical, and character growth.

You’ll oversee scheduling, coaching quality, and data entry in KS Coaches App, while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Athletic or coaching background with experience working with kids 15 months to 11 years.
• Able to communicate with parents/guardians about various topics.
• Certified in CPR and willing to continue coaching certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand KPIs and financials to drive informed business decisions.
• Build relationships with families and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives, maintenance, and brand consistency.
• Manage scheduling, events, camps, and bookings for center profitability.
• Lead and mentor staff, onboard new coaches, and drive staff development.
• Coach students with curriculum focusing on Brain, Physical, and Character development.
• Record data using KS Coaches App and ensure safety during activities.
