ChenMed is seeking an Associate Center Operations Director in Fayetteville, AR to oversee center operations, improve patient experience, optimize scheduling, and cultivate a positive center culture. You will supervise staff, drive workforce planning, onboarding, and retention efforts to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with physicians and care teams, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Biological Science or related field required or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similar environment
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment

Responsabilidades

• Patient Experience: Enhances the overall patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing patient feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Slot Utilization: Optimizes the utilization of available appointment slots to maximize patient access and operational efficiency.
• Slots Quality: Ensures quality of appointment slots balancing availability and patient needs.
• Available and Accessible: Ensures team is readily available and accessible to all patients, reducing wait times.
• Disenrollment: Monitors and manages patient disenrollment to retain patients and improve continuity of care.
• Orphan Patients: Identifies and manages patients without assigned PCPs to ensure continuous care.
• Center Culture (Engagement): Cultivates a positive center culture and boosts staff morale.
• Center Workforce Planning: Develops and executes workforce planning strategies to meet patient needs.
• Onboarding of Line Staff: Oversees onboarding for new line staff and provides training support.
• Teammate Retention (Turnover): Implements strategies to improve retention and career growth.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
