Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in medical clinic/hospital setting.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhances the patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Optimizes slot utilization to maximize patient access and operational efficiency.
• Ensures appointment slot quality, balancing availability with patient needs.
• Ensures team availability and accessibility to reduce wait times.
• Monitors disenrollment and identifies causes to retain patients and improve continuity.
• Identifies and manages orphan patients to ensure coordinated care.
• Cultivates a positive center culture and boosts staff morale and engagement.
• Develops workforce planning to meet patient needs and operational demands.
• Oversees onboarding for line staff to ensure proper training and support.
• Implements strategies to improve teammate retention and reduce turnover.
