Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Center Clinical Manager to lead back office operations in our healthcare centers across Wisconsin and Oregon. The ideal candidate will manage clinical quality, compliance, and staff training while ensuring a high level of patient care. This role requires a proactive approach to improving operational strategies and enhancing the patient experience.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a medical settings, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse clinical teams effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in a medical clinic or hospital.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience with direct reports.
• Experience working with geriatric patients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the center's back office.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, and training of center staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards including OSHA and HIPAA.
