Job summary

ChenMed is seeking an Associate Center Operations Director to lead day-to-day center operations, focusing on patient experience, center performance, scheduling, and staff engagement. The role requires strong leadership, regulatory awareness, and a data-driven approach to optimize outcomes.

You will supervise frontline staff, drive workforce planning, and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality care and efficient operations at our Florida centers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital or similar environment.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhances patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing feedback.
• Optimizes slot utilization to maximize patient access and efficiency.
• Ensures quality of appointment slots balancing availability and patient needs.
• Maintains team accessibility to reduce wait times and barriers to care.
• Monitors disenrollment and addresses causes to improve continuity of care.
• Identifies and manages orphan patients to ensure continuous care.
• Cultivates a positive center culture and boosts staff engagement.
• Develops workforce planning to meet patient needs and demands.
• Oversees onboarding of line staff for smooth integration.
• Implements strategies to improve teammate retention and reduce turnover.
