Job summary

ChenMed seeks an experienced Center Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day back-office operations, clinical quality, compliance, HR and staff supervision in a busy center. You will hire, train and coach Care Promoters and technicians while guiding operational strategies to meet performance goals.

Experience in healthcare analytics, clinical protocols and leadership is required; travel up to 10% nationwide is possible.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
BA/BS in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
Active LPN license or CMA certification required.
A minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in a medical clinic, hospital or similarly regulated healthcare environment required.
A minimum of 2 years management experience with direct reports required.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with Center and Divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients, family members and staff.
Manages clinical operations to ensure objectives related to clinical performance metrics and growth are met.
Ensures proper back office staffing, payroll, PTO and staffing shortage planning.
Performs direct patient care duties as needed.
Uses data analytics and dashboards to support revenue growth and quality ratings.
Develops protocols to improve staff productivity and coach clinical staff.
Manages medical equipment and supply inventory and maintenance.
Ensures KPI targets, patient experience and staff engagement are met.
Leads hiring and onboarding for clinical staff and Pharmacy/Medication Technicians.
Ensures regulatory compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and other agencies.
