ChenMed is seeking a Center Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day back office operations for a ChenMed center. You will oversee staffing, payroll, training and performance of Care Promoters, Pharmacy Technicians and X-ray staff, while collaborating with Center Leadership to drive clinical strategies and KPI attainment.

The role combines hands-on patient care when needed with leadership, analytics and compliance to ensure high-quality care and member satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA/BS in Business or Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Active LPN license or CMA certification required; other clinical licensure considered.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with Center and Divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients, family members and staff.
• Manages clinical operations to meet clinical performance metrics and growth goals.
• Ensures proper back office staffing scheduling, payroll and PTO approvals; plans for shortages.
