Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Biological Science or closely related discipline required or equivalent experience in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similar environment.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory/managerial experience in a medical clinic, hospital setting, or similarly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhances the patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing feedback.
• Optimizes slot utilization to maximize patient access and efficiency.
• Ensures slot quality balancing availability with patient needs.
• Ensures team is readily available and accessible to all patients.
• Monitors disenrollment and addresses causes to improve continuity of care.
• Identifies and manages orphan patients to ensure continued care.
• Cultivates a positive center culture and boosts staff engagement.
• Develops and executes workforce planning to meet patient needs.
• Oversees onboarding of line staff and supports smooth integration into the team.
• Implements strategies to improve teammate retention and reduce turnover.
