Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking an Associate Center Clinical Director to directly supervise and train primary care providers at the assigned ChenMed center. You will be accountable for maximizing clinical quality, efficiency, outcomes, and clinician/patient satisfaction while allocating time to direct patient care as a PCP when needed.

You will lead the care team, engage with hospitalists, and collaborate with operations leadership to improve center performance.

Qualifications

• MD/DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics is required.
• Current, active MD license in the state of employment is required.
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine or geriatrics is preferred; board eligibility is required.
• Must have a current DEA number for scheduled medications.
• BLS certification from AHA/Red Cross required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train PCPs in the assigned center and drive clinical quality and outcomes.
• Lead the care team, including medical assistant, care facilitator and care coordinator.
• Coordinate with hospital teams and other providers to manage patient care and transitions.
• Balance direct patient care with leadership duties and center performance.
• Recruit patients and interview additional providers as needed to support center growth.
