You will oversee scheduling, engagement, and culture while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care for seniors.

The role requires a BA/BS in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience, 5+ years in a clinic/hospital setting, and at least 3 years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or similar setting.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhances patient experience by implementing best practices and addressing feedback.
• Optimizes slot utilization to improve access and efficiency.
• Maintains slot quality while balancing availability with patient needs.
• Ensures team availability and reduces wait times for patients.
• Monitors patient disenrollment to improve continuity of care.
• Identifies and manages orphan patients to ensure coordinated care.
• Fosters a positive center culture and drives staff engagement.
• Develops workforce planning to meet patient demand and operational needs.
• Oversees onboarding for new line staff and supports smooth integration.
• Implements strategies to improve teammate retention and reduce turnover.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
