European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager in Baton Rouge to support daily center operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example, train staff, and help maintain a positive, high-performance workplace.

You will recruit, coach and motivate associates and estheticians, oversee inventory and losses, and organize outreach events to build brand presence in the community.
