You will optimize scheduling, monitor KPIs, and foster a positive, results-driven culture while ensuring exceptional service and compliance with brand standards.

• Track record of achieving sales/service/retail goals via KPIs.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing staff; managing turnover.

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations and guest experience to meet/exceed goals.

• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team; maintain talent pipeline.
• Oversee visual branding, merchandising, and in-store standards.
