European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Center Manager in D'Iberville, MS to lead guest experience, drive sales, and coach a high-performing team on the floor with emphasis on service, retail, and brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, accountability for performance, culture, and results, and a focus on training, KPI-driven decisions, and a guest-first approach across all operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a customer-service team.
• Ability to manage KPI-driven sales and performance.
• Experience recruiting and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience to deliver welcoming, elevated service at every visit.
• Coach team to build guest confidence and drive results.
• Own center performance and meet/exceed sales, service, and retail goals.
• Manage shifts and floor coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
• Communicate goals daily/weekly/monthly to the team.
• Use KPIs to drive decision-making (e.g., Net Sales, Units per Transaction).
• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent; maintain a talent pipeline.
• Train programs to reinforce product knowledge and selling skills.
• Motivate associates to own performance and maintain a positive culture.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising and operations.
