You will coach a high-performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, ensuring brand standards and a positive, results-driven culture. The role requires hands-on leadership, floor presence, and accountability for performance, culture, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience to deliver welcoming, memorable experiences.
• Owns center performance and meets sales, service, and retail goals.

• Coach staff on packages, services, and products to boost guest confidence and sales.
• Maintain brand standards in visuals, merchandising, and cleanliness; ensure compliance with policies.
• Schedule and manage labor to optimize floor coverage and performance.
• Provide feedback and implement training to grow team capabilities.
