European Wax Center in Daphne, AL seeks a Center Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists. You will drive guest satisfaction, sales growth, and retail results while upholding brand standards on the floor.

You will recruit, coach, and retain top talent, manage schedules and KPIs, and ensure operational excellence. A passion for guest experience and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading guest service teams to high performance.
• Track record of hitting sales, service, and retail goals.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and talent development skills.
• Ability to lead by example on the floor and drive brand standards.
• Excellent communication with guests, associates, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Guest Service team and Wax Specialists to deliver an elevated guest experience.
• Own center performance and consistently meet or exceed sales and KPI goals.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent; manage a 30‑day fill target for positions.
• Coach staff on product knowledge and service packages to drive growth.
• Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising are implemented.
• Manage schedules, labor, and daily tasks to meet business needs.
• Maintain safe, clean, and guest-ready center operations.
