Lead by example, coach associates, schedule staff, oversee loss prevention, and organize outreach events while maintaining a positive, high‑performing team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train and coach Associates.

• Oversee loss prevention, expense control, and center cleanliness.
• Implement systems and processes for a high-performing franchise.
